In a confidence pool members pick which teams they believe will win and then assign confidence points (16 = most confident and 1 = least confident) to that team. If their team wins they are awarded the confidence points assigned to that team. At the end of the week/season the member with the most points wins. Confidence pools are easier and less time consuming than trying to beat the Vegas point spread or picking players for a fantasy league.
