What is a conditional offer of hire?
Candidates in a process that require a physical, psychological exam and or a drug screen may receive a conditional offer of hire that is contingent upon the successful completion of one or more of those components. If you are given a conditional offer, the appropriate appointments will be scheduled for you. If a physical appointment is scheduled, you must meet the physical standards required by the State of Oregon, Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPPST). Psychological results will be based on suitability for the position. If test results are acceptable, the offer will be confirmed.
