Right-Track s Computer Systems Technician program is designed to provide the student with hands on experience needed to configure, install, maintain, repair and upgrade microcomputers. The course also covers the “do s and don’ts of customer service to keep the technician from being too overbearing and allow the customer to be a part of the decision making process.
