What is a completed survey?
A. A completed survey is one where all the required questions have been answered and where the consumer has completed all the necessary questions on the final page. It is in answering the questions on the final page that the Responder is deemed to have “completed” the Survey. (NB The Responder will be notified that the survey has been completed on the final page of the survey).
