What is a “Completed Clinical Passport”?

0

A completed clinical passport is a document you receive when you complete all the necessary paperwork for clinical. This paperwork includes the immunization form, a complete health record, current Mask Fitt Test, annual CPR (HCP- level C), SFA, and vulnerable sector police check. Students who do not have a stamped clinical passport will not be permitted in the clinical setting, which puts their program in jeopardy. It is strongly encouraged that the prerequisites for clinical be started at the beginning of the program.
