What is a Colocated Server?
A Colocated server enjoys all the same benefits as a dedicated server, except the server is actually owned by the customer instead of provided by YourNet and rented out to the customer. The word “Colocated” comes in because the customer-owned server becomes housed at YourNet’s facility to benefit from all of our great Datacenter features, the convenience of a centralized Chicago location, as well as having YourNet take over maintenance and upkeep of the physical server.
