What is a Colloid?

0

Colloid is a fancy scientific word for “tiny” or “nano-sized”. Colloidal minerals are minute particles of gold and silver that have been broken down and suspended in water so they are ingestible by humans. Ionic Silver dietary supplements are manufactured by Universal Health Sciences, Inc., using an advanced low voltage direct-current (DC) that breaks the metals down into the smallest, most effective particles possible, called Ionic particles. Our electralisis process is unique in that one gallon of Ionic Silver can take upto 24 hours to make. Other products add salt or other minerals to the water in increase the conductivity, and decrease the time it takes to manufacture.

A substance is a colloid, when it consists of ultra-fine particles that do not dissolve but remain in suspension in water. These ultra-fine particles are larger than most molecules but so small they cannot be seen by the naked eye even submicroscopic. In a true colloid of silver, the ideal size of the silver particles falls within the range of 0.005 – 0.015 microns in diameter. These particles are electrically charged and allow the silver particles to remain suspended in water.
