As a Full-time UST MBA student, you will be part of a learning community. You will take a sequence of core courses with a group of your peers each semester (your cohort) and will be given the flexibility to select from a variety of elective courses that meet your unique academic and professional goals. Relationships developed among cohort members are at the heart of the Full-time UST MBA program and give you valuable skills in teamwork, group decision making and interpersonal interaction. A committee comprised of the Student Life director and faculty members assigns you to a team before classes start. You will work with the individuals in this team throughout the first semester in all classes. Working this closely with others allows you to experience the challenges and rewards of teamwork and gives you valuable experience in setting group priorities, managing time and working in a diverse group of individuals.
