What is a “CoF PUG RAID” and how does DKP work with such a RAID?

A “CoF PUG Raid” is any raid that contains only CoF members but was not scheduled 24 hours in advanced. • Normal DKP Bid rules will apply • DKP Earned will be Halved (example if you kill 4 bosses and get 3 epics the CoF PUG raid will only be worth 3.5 DKP as opposed to 7 DKP) • The occasional scheduled RAID on Saturday’s will be worth FULL value (most likely Onyixia) There are reasons why the PUG raid is only worth half dkp – one such reason is fairness to players who would normaly show up for a scheduled raid but do not play on Saturday because that day lends itself to a free weilding “lets see what we can run” day. Though CoF PUG RAIDs can be run on any day; Saturday seems to be the day that is most popular. For more information please see the CoF FAQ.
