An ACTIVE lottery club is currently participating in lottery drawings and has all member entries filled. A member can remove entries ONLY when the club is UNFILLED. Once the club becomes ACTIVE, a member cannot remove their entries. The club remains ACTIVE until all lottery drawing have been played for the club. Once this occurs, the lottery club is over and the club moves into a CLOSED status.
