What is a Client Liaison?
Client Liaisons, or CLs as we refer to them in-house, play a key role in the success of MRC’s record retrieval division. In addition to sharing their legal expertise as certified paralegals, they are responsible for documenting client needs, and monitoring and reporting project progress. They ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met, coordinating with production staff and supervisors.
