You need this license to participate in the Girls Inc. Arts & Crafts Show. The license number you receive will be specific to OUR SHOW ONLY, and the number expires when our show ends. You do not need to pay extra to get this license. Simply send in the application for the license to Girls Inc. and they will get the license for you. Even if you have filled out this application for another show, YOU STILL MUST FILL OUT AN APPLICATION FOR OUR SHOW.
