What is a City of heroes(CoH) Super Group/Villain Group base?
A base is a series of interconnected rooms where your group can call home when not doing missions. It can also help provide a source of missions, as in the case of the Villains Mission Computer, which provides a Task Force and a Trial. It can also replace the hospital, should you develop it right. Not only that, with the proper items, you can find yourself being able to travel in any Hazard zone or Isle, as well as allow group to participate in Raids. All these are possible with the right materials. To get started on your City of heroes(CoH) base, you must first have a Super Group or a Villain Group, or as they will called from here out, SG/VG. Once you have talked to the appropriate contact, talk to that contact again to garner the proper permit to start building a base. To enter the base, find the nearest Base Portal and click upon it.
