Elected by each circuit to serve as the circuit’s representative to the Law Student Division Board of Governors. Circuit Governors are responsible for keeping circuit members informed regarding activities of the Division. Circuit Governors may also appoint Lieutenant Governors to assist them in their day-to-day duties.
