A Children’s Mental Health System of Care involves a community network of services and supports designed to help children and youth who experience emotional, social and behavioral challenges and their families. It means that families and agencies work together to organize and plan services that help create a single, coordinated plan of action for individuals between the ages of 0-21 who are in need of mental health supports. We receive federal and local funding and support from 26 school districts and 35 service providers.
