A Chapter 13 Trustee is appointed by the court and is responsible for administering your case. They are the party that receives your payments into the plan and they in turn make payments to your creditors according to the approved plan. Like us, they are with you through the entire process. They essentially serve as a neutral third party between you and your creditors.
