The change project is like a plan or road map for the MTP traineeship. The purpose of this project is to facilitate the process of tailoring the MTP traineeship on acquiring knowledge and skills that can be immediately used to improve the managers’ performance as well as the performance of their companies. The development of a change project is based on two steps: The first step is to analyse the individual manager’s need for training. The second step is to embrace the company’s training needs into the training plan. What is the Integrated Management Training Cycle (IMTC) The Integrated Management Training Cycle (IMTC) is linking the individual managers’ learning with company learning and involving training institutions and regional structures into the management. The IMTC opens the possibility for the home companies in the MTP countries to benefit from MTP by using the MTP traineeship for a unique inter-company comparison (bench marking) and for obtaining know-how about future trends
