What is a challenge coin?
Challenge coins are a longstanding military tradition, which basically goes like this: If you “coin” someone and they don’t have their coin on them, they owe you a beer. If they do have their coin, you owe them a beer. In some cases, the person with the higher serial number buys the person with the lower serial number a beer, as lower serial numbers generally indicate seniority.
