What is a certified translation vs. a standard translation?
Ultra Translate certified translations are translations that have passed a rigorous set of translation checks and proofreading to guarantee absolute accuracy. These translations are then set onto Ultra Translate specific templates that correspond to US and international definitions of certified translations. These hardcopy (paper) translations include appropriate stamps and seals representing the Ultra Translate A.T.S. corporate certification license, and final notarization by the responsible translating officer. We certify every document individually, not in “bulk” to insure absolute quality. These translations are guaranteed to meet all requirements for certified translations demanded by all major government agencies. Ultra Translate standard translations meet the same high quality and checks of our certified translations. These translations are returned usually in the same file format as received.
