What is a cat cold and will my cat catch one at the kennel?
Cat “colds” are more formally known as feline rhinotracheitis and are caused by an airborne virus that circulates in the general feline population. There is no vaccine for this illness and it is analogous to the human cold or flu. Cats that contract this illness will develop a runny or congested nose and sneezing.
