What is a cashiers check, and how long would it take for me to receive it?
A cashier’s check is just a check that is written directly by a bank, instead of from someone’s personal account. How long should it take to get to you? Just as long as it takes regular mail to get to you, because I assume the person was going to send it to you by mail, right? So if they mailed it from Michigan to New Jersey, it should have taken … oh, three or four days. Sorry to say this, but you may have been scammed. I hope you didn’t send this person any merchandise that they were supposed to be paying for.
