What is a cash float?
Where tolls, parking fees, overnight room requirements or any other expenditures are anticipated for your event, a cash float of an agreed upon amount may be secured. Expenses shall be paid out of this cash float. The cash float will be settled upon return and close of your event. • Can we bring alcoholic drinks on the coach? All guests MUST be 21 years of age. You are responsible for your actions. A reimbursable cleaning fee WILL be collected when alcohol is brought onboard the coach reimbursable if coach maintained. Belligerent or unruly guests may be asked to leave the coach and left in a safe place where they can find their own ride home. • What is your policy regarding smoking on the coach? Smoking is NOT permitted on the coach. • Do you offer satellite television? Yes, we have Dish® Satellite TV service includes locals.
