Its not a waterfall as such, Aa cascade is where the water falls from a higher elevation to a lower elevation, but not over a sheer drop like a waterfall does. Try to imagine when they stand champaigne glasses in a pyramid at a wedding and they pour champers in at the top, and it pours over all the glasses until it reaches the bottom, well that is a cascade motion.
