A Cancer Information Service provides accurate and up-to-date information about cancer and cancer control to cancer patients, their family and friends, healthcare professional and the general public. This ensures a high quality personalized interaction by telephone, email, instant messaging or in-person visit. The service is free and confidential. ICISG member organizations follow core values and have operating guidelines.
