Both buyers and Realtors® prefer the Buyer Agency Contract because it creates loyalty to both parties. The Realtor® works hard to find a property for the buyer because the Realtor® knows that the buyer will be loyal. The buyer doesn’t have to spend their own time searching for property and contacting different agents every time they find something they are interested in. The Buyer’s Agent knows what the buyer is looking for and is contacting the buyer with new listings on a regular basis.
