What is a Business Registration Certificate (BRC)?
Effective September 1, 2005, a Business Registration Certificate is required from all vendors who receive any payment above $ 4,350.00 annually from Bernards Township. This certificate is mandatory when submitting any RFP, RFQ and RFB documents. Q:What Procurement Methods are Solicited?
