What is a Business Readiness Team?
A Business Readiness Team (BRT) is a group of individuals who represent a particular stakeholder group within the project. Members of the BRT play a variety of important roles they are often involved in: process validation, testing, training material validation, identifying super users, helping with project communication, and engaging other stakeholder group members as needed. We want to have parallel testing to see if it works. We have extensive testing planned for the month of February and March. The BRTs will be involved in testing the application.
