What is a Branch Partner?
It is a limited partnership established between two entities – one is a mortgage lender; the other a mortgage loan officer. The Branch Partner Network provides all the opportunities of owning your business, but limits the initial outlay of cash and/or risks. Profolio Home Mortgage Corporation supports the network by maintaining effective oversight and quality control of originations and operations. The owner/branch partner retains 100% commission from loan activity as stipulated in the contract. The partners have access to Profolio’s mortgage services and employee benefits.
