What is a bounce?
A bounce is when you send an email, and something goes wrong, that prevents it from being delivered. As mail servers are gracious creatures, they will send you a message telling you why they had problems sending the email for you. The bounce message usually looks like it is in another language. Do NOT despair. If you read the message carefully you will find (hidden away) the English answer to what happened. A common “Bounce” is that the user is unknown. User unknown simply means that component 1 (see 2) was wrong.
