What is a Bonus Reward Position?
This year we’ve added a new type of referral called a “Bonus Reward Position.” A Bonus Reward Position is an open and approved position where, specifically because of the dynamics of the position (i.e., skill set, geographic location, experience or knowledge), the impact of having the position vacant for any period of time is highly negative to the business. Also, a Bonus Reward Position is a role where AstraZeneca employees are likely to be able to make qualified referrals for the job. Bonus Reward Positions are hard-to-fill, key positions. In order to make sure we’re drawing from the best pool of candidates possible, as quickly as possible, the referral rewards for these positions are increased.
