What is a Biometric Time Clock?
• As of October 1st employees who use the time clocks will have a new web-based ADP time clock with a biometric (finger) reader. • Helps protect your privacy and secure accurate punches in and out by saving mathematical representations of your finger or thumb data – not fingerprints. Will eTime and Employee Self Service be compatible with my Mac? • Certified compatible with Macintosh & PC platforms Who can I contact if I am having problems with eTime or Employee Self Service? • You can call our Employee Service Center at 248 – 377- 0123 for Employee Self Service. • You can call your department with any eTime related questions. Can I view my schedule using eTime? • Yes, you can view your previous and current electronic time card showing what days and times you are scheduled. • You view this through the timecard.
