What is a bevelled and polished edge mirror?
This is a 3/4 inch (on our framed mirrors) and 25mm (on our plain mirrors) wide edge where the mirror is slightly angled. A bevelled edge enhances the finish of the mirror and is highly recommended by us on all framed mirrors. Plain wall mirrors typically have a polished edge instead of bevelled. The polishing smooths the edge of the mirror, ensuring it is not sharp or brittle. Click the following pictures to see a close up of bevelled and polished finish.
