For me, Swimming is better than gymming. It is the best and natural way to stay fit. Swim workouts gives the best plan for you everyday without forcing your muscles and over exercising your body. This way, you can improve your swimming skills at the same time, you can stay fit and healthy!

I’m kind of confused, either I’m reading this wrong or some of the other people are. When I read: 150 lbs, 5 ft 9 in, I’m thinking that’s not bad, depending on the your build, but then adding in age 38, runs 12 miles a week, I’m thinking, your in better shape then the average 38 year old male. So when people are telling you things to fix that I get confused. As far as the quitting everything and only swim, that makes no sense whatsoever. Swimming for the most part only tones your muscles, unless you have pretty much no muscle, then it will add some. I’m a swimmer so I want to say you should add some of that to what you’re doing now, but I know that’s not always feasible. With the running you do you really don’t need any more CV. If you know how to swim, either adding some pool time to your working out or swap it out with some of your running could definitely be beneficial.
