What is a balanced flue gas stove?
The term balanced flue refers to a system in which the air supply to the appliance is provided solely by a tube running concentrically on the outside of the flue pipe. Because the air enters, and the products of combustion leave at the same point is why the system is referred to as being balanced. A balanced flue appliance has no room ventilation requirement and can exit the building at positions not suitable for conventional flue stoves.
