What is a bail forfeiture?
This Court has considered the judicial efficiencies and the fairness to individuals charged with driving while license suspended or revoked in the third degree, driving without a license, vehicle trip permit, allowing unauthorized person to drive, and driving or operating a vehicle with canceled registration, and find that it is in the best interest of justice to allow bail forfeiture to these charges. The defendant must post $350.00 bail amount with the Court. Bail Forfeitures will appear on your driving record.
