This is an unfortunate error, caused when the sender’s fax machine is sending the fax too slowly. What happens is that Fax to Email assumes that the fax has been transmitted, due to the slow transmission speed. It then adds the successful notification. Try it out on a different fax machine and see if you get a different result.
