What is 2 stage & 3 stage Breathing?

0

In 3 stage breathing you take the air in (inhale), then you hold it (hold or retention) and then release it (exhale). In 2 stage breathing however, you do not retain or hold the breath, you simply perform 2 stages, inhale & exhale. In 3 stage breathing-II test you do not hold the breath but add relaxation period after exhale. This tool is developed for testing 2 stage breathing as well as 3 stage breathing. The basic steps and procedure to use this tool remains same, the only difference is, in 2 stage breathing there is no breath holding or relaxation after exhale. Once you click on “Free Test” menu, you will see the links to take the tests for 2 stage breathing as well as 3 stage breathing. You can click on ‘3 stage test-I’ or ‘2 stage test’ or ‘3 stage test-II’ links to access the tests.
