Order-to-Pay offers three invoice submission options for the J.P. Morgan Business Settlement Network (“JBSN”): 1) Purchase Order Populated invoice, also known as PO Flip; 2) Web-form template; and 3) Electronic file (E-file). Your customers determine which options are available to you. The following describes each invoice submission option: PO Populated Invoice (PO Flip): Your customer publishes its purchase orders to you in the JBSN. Once you ship against the P.O., you log-on to the JBSN and create an invoice against the open P.O. Web-Form Template: You enter invoice data into a blank invoice template on the JBSN. Electronic File (E-File): You extract a file from your billing system with invoice data in a specified file format that can be manually uploaded into Order-to-Pay or delivered automatically via FTP file transfer and uploaded into Order-to-Pay. The E-File data then posted your customer’s accounts payable through the JBSN.
