Installing the Intrac Traccess link from CD leaves files read-only; some files need to be writeable in order for the link to work. These files are: • …..\HTML\CBT\Generic\CurrentVersion.xml • C:\Windows\ITRC_Results.xml – or WINNT on an NT system When an Intrac training resource is linked to a Traccess folder in the LMS Administrator, an entry is made in CurrentVersion.xml. When a resource is successfully completed by a trainee, the ITRC_Results.xml file is used temporarily to pass this information back to Traccess. If either of these files is Read-only, this will cause a problem.
