What internships are available in Anthropology?
Internships are important because they give you an opportunity to apply what you have learned in school to a “real world” situation. Students can get units if they successfully complete the following: Prof. Glassow is the instructor of record, and he will coordinate and oversee your progress. He will give you an approval code to register for the appropriate internship course. You can work in the Repository, the Central Coast information Center, or both! If you find an internship in the local area, Prof. Glassow will recommend enrolling in Anthropology 183. Please note – most internships are not paid and for each unit, 3 hours of commitment are required a week.
