They can be reached at 1-888-229-2645 or www.wcoil.com. Our contact at WCOIL is Carol. The enhanced dial up is billed through the Controller’s Office. It is $14.95 a month. For the summer quarter, (June, July, and August) the cost is $44.85 which is added to your tuition. The cost is $74.75 for fall quarter and the same for spring.
