All internet data feed is “lagging” a few microseconds even if it’s high speed, broadband or a T-1. The faster the speed of your connection, the sooner you will get the data. Your personal experience will help you determine what you are comfortable trading with. Some subscribers use ordinary dialup speed connections and find that more than adequate (it does take longer to load initially for the day since we are loading thousands of candles per chart per currency pair).
