What International services will Jetstar operate?
Jetstar has received approval from the International Air Services Commission (IASC) to operate long haul international services from Australia to South East Asia and Japan. These will be the first international markets to be served from Australia under the Jetstar brand with wide bodied aircraft. Subject to finalisation of the regulatory approval processes, Jetstar’s launch network for its long haul international services will operate between either Sydney and/or Melbourne to: Japan Osaka (Kansai Airport) Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City Indonesia Bali (Denpasar Airport) Thailand Bangkok and Phuket The flight schedule is: From Sydney: Sydney – Osaka (Kansai) Daily First service 25 Mar 07 Sydney – Ho Chi Minh City 3 times per week First service 30 Nov 06 Sydney – Bali (Denpasar) 2 times per week First service 8 Dec 06 Sydney – Phuket 3 times per week First service 24 Nov 06 From Melbourne Melbourne – Bangkok 3 times per week First service 23 Nov 06 Melbourne – Bali (Denpasar) 2 times per week F
