What interesring bread product can i do for my presentation?
If you are making bread to show off, try some rolls which can be done in mixed shapes – some little knots, some plaits, etc. Then make a basket of bread dough. Get a metal bowl which will not be damaged by oven heat. Grease it well on the outside, and use it upside down. Wind or plait or weave strips of bread dough all over it – prettily – and press the strips together lightly so they join. Give it a little while ( not too long) to rise, then bake it, still the same way up. When you turn it over, the “bread” basket will come away, When cool, fill it with the little rolls. Handle it fairly carefully. This always gets a lot of admiration, and it is really easy.
