The athletic programs are affiliated with the national association of inter-collegiate athletics (NAIA) and Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC). Other affiliations include: Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA), Intercollegiate Dressage Association (IDA), and International Intercollegiate Equestrian Association (IIEA).
