What insurance plans are accepted and how does out-of-network coverage work?
Our Chiropractors are contracted with several plans including United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans, Coventry, Medicare, Railroad Medicare, PHP, PHCS, Multiplan, First Health, Healthcare Preferred, and Great West. Each plan is unique in its coverage for in and out-of-network benefits. If your insurance plan is not listed above, you may still have out-of-network coverage.
