Festo flow sensors are designed so that special flow measures, such as stabilising zones, are not required. It is only necessary to observe minor restrictions for the installation variant MS6-SFE. MS6-SFE as an individual device: • The stabilising attachment is already attached to the device MS6-SFE in service unit: • The flow sensor must not be placed directly after a regulator. • A filter must be placed upstream of the flow sensor (not necessarily directly before the flow sensor).
