What ingredients are used in ice cream and yogurt?
The flavour range has been developed using the most natural ingredients we can source and liken it to being able to make the product with the fruits / additions you would have in your own kitchen store cupboard. Premium Range Ice cream: Organic milk, cream, sugar, egg yolk, skimmed milk powder, caramel sauce, or cocoa powder in the base with fruit purees, coffee, alcohol etc added just prior to freezing and inclusions (the bits!) added after freezing as the ice cream comes out of the freezer. Made Fair Range – Organic Fairtrade Ice cream: the same base ingredients, as above, are used except they are organic and where produced they are also fairtrade ie organic fairtrade sugar, organic fairtrade coffee/cocoa/banana/mango/vanilla beans.
