What ingrediants mixed with yeast n dough can become flour?
Actually, you mix flour with liquid or fats (milk, eggs, butter, oil) to make a dough. You can add yeast to the mixture so it will rise. But you don’t mix yeast with dough to make flour. Flour is a basic ingredient. There are different types of flour, depending upon what grain is ground. If you grind corn, you get corn flour. If you grind wheat, you get wheat flour. If you grind rice, you get rice flour. And so on with all grains. You use corn flour and you can make tortillas. Wheat flour makes all sorts of breads, cakes, pasta, etc. Rice flour makes pastries and noodles. To flour, cooks add other ingredients to make a dough. There are different recipes for doughs (bread dough, cookie dough)…a dough is just an unbaked mixture of ingredients, one of which is usually a type of flour. Bread doughs will have yeast in them. Cookie doughs will not have yeast. Does this help? If you tell me what you are trying to make, I will give you more information.
