As indicated in item #13 and #14, the federal regulations requires that our institution assures the safety of all human subjects involved in research projects at cooperative sites. The Campus IRB will need information regarding the key personnel involved at the cooperative site, and their role in the research process as it relates to the human subject participants. The investigator should call the Campus IRB at (573) 882-9585 and discuss the proposal with a Compliance Specialist to determine what materials may be needed.
